Accepted Payment Methods
We only use PayPal as the payment gateway for customer payments. This is a safe, convenient payment gateway, and has policies to protect the rights of buyers.
You can choose from the following methods:
1. PayPal
– Pay quickly and easily with your PayPal account.
– Eligible purchases are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection.
– No extra or hidden fees.
2. Debit or Credit Card (via PayPal Gateway)
– We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and most major debit/credit cards.
– No PayPal account needed, simply pay using PayPal’s secure guest checkout.
– Instant processing for faster order confirmation.
– Payments are securely handled by PayPal (PCI DSS compliant). Eira Home never stores your full card details.
How to Pay
Choose PayPal or Debit/Credit Card at checkout.
If you select PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment page to complete your purchase. You can either log in to your PayPal account or pay with a debit or credit card as a guest (if available in your region).
If you choose Debit/Credit Card, the payment option will appear directly on the checkout page through PayPal’s secure gateway.
After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately. If you do not receive this email within 1 hour, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@eirahome.co
Total cost of your purchase
Total Breakdown at Checkout:
– Product Prices: The prices displayed on our website represent the cost of each product. The price shown does not include sales tax.
– Shipping Fees: Shipping fee is a fixed fee per order, will be calculated based on the location you select at checkout. Read the Shipping Policy in detail.
– Sales tax (if any): Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to Florida and will be calculated automatically after you provide your shipping address on the checkout page. Orders shipped to other states and international destinations are not subject to sales tax. Read more about Tax policy.
Note:
No Hidden Fees: Eira Home does not charge any additional fees other than those listed above for your purchases. The total you see on the invoice is the full amount you will pay.
No Membership Fees – No sign-up fees or recurring charges.
Customs, Duties & Import Charges
For international shipments, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs office in advance to understand any potential fees.
Order Currency & Availability
– All transactions are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
– We currently accept orders and payments from all over the world.
– International cards are accepted.

Sales Tax

Refunds

– If you cancel your order within the allowed time or a payment issue occurs, the refund will be processed accordingly.
– Refund processing typically takes up to 1-2 business days, with an additional 5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your PayPal account or on your original payment method.
