At Eira Home, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns/exchanges and refunds.
Eira Home accepts returns for both defective and non-defective items and will issue a refund or exchange.
1. Return Window.
Customers are eligible to request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.
We recommend that you inspect the items as soon as possible after delivery to decide whether to keep them or request a return within the validity period of the policy.
2. Item Condition.
To be approved for a return or exchange, the item must remain unused and unworn. The item must be returned in its original condition without any changes. All original packaging, tags, and included accessories must be intact and included.
3. Not Eligible for Return.
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.
- Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories are not eligible.
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration cannot be returned.
- Any damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs is not eligible.
4. Free Returns.
Eira Home only accepts returns by post and offers free returns for all eligible requests and items.
Once your return request is approved, the customer will receive a return authorization email and a prepaid return shipping label (easy to download and print) will be provided.
All return shipping costs are covered by our store. Customers will not incur any return shipping fees and the cost of the return shipping label will not be deducted from the refund amount.
No restocking fees or handling charges apply.
5. How to Request a Return.
Step 1 – Submit a Return request.
Please email support@eirahome.co with: Your order number, Proof of purchase, The item(s) you wish to return, Reason for return, Clear photos of the item.
Step 2 – Review the request and Approval.
Based on the return conditions, we will consider your return request. If approved, a return authorization email and prepaid return label will be issued within 1-2 business days.
Step 3 – Prepare the Package.
Securely pack the item using its original packaging and include all tags and accessories. Download and print the prepaid return label, then attach it securely to the package.
Step 4 – Ship the Return.
Send the package using the carrier specified on the prepaid return label (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or equivalent partners).

7. Refund Process.
Inspection: Returned items are inspected within 2 business days after they arrive at return address and notify you.
Refund Processing: After approval, refunds are issued within 1-2 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout including credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Orders placed as gifts may be refunded in the form of store credit.
Processing times may vary and it can take up to 5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping fees may also be refunded if the return is due to receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

9. Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange for a different size, color, or compatible model within the same 30 calendar days return period as long as all return conditions are satisfied.
If the desired replacement item is unavailable, customers may select an alternative of equal value or upgrade by paying the price difference.
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, the replacement order will be processed and shipped. Please allow up to 3 business days from the date the item is delivered to the return address.
10. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team promptly.
We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund based on the situation.
