1. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping within the US and internationally. Please note that shipping availability may vary by location.

2. Order Processing
- Business days: Monday to Saturday. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may extend to 3 business days.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PST) will be processed the following business day.
3. Transit Time:
Eira Home uses standard shipping methods. Transit time begins once your package has been picked up by the carrier. The following are typical delivery estimates (not guaranteed):
- United States: 4-6 business days.
- Canada: 5-12 business days
- United Kingdom: 6-12 business days
- Australia: 7-15 business days
- Germany, France: 6-14 business days
- Rest of World: 10-20+ business days (varies by location)
Note: Weather events, customs inspections, or carrier disruptions may extend delivery times.
4. Shipping Cost
Shipping charges are a fixed fee per order and are calculated based on destination. This is our most economical option.
Shipping cost includes shipping charges and surcharges. The fixed fee schedule for each order is as follows:

5. Shipping carriers
Our available shipping carriers are USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or equivalent partners. Depending on the weight and size of the package, on your destination, service availability, we will select the right carrier to ensure delivery time.
6. Package Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery. A tracking number via email, allows you to track your package online in real-time.
- Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and external factors such as holidays or weather conditions.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active after dispatch.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete to avoid delays or misdelivery. Eira Home is not responsible for delays or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs clearance). In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
