At Eira Home, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.

RETURN

We offer return/exchange. Below will be detailed conditions, costs and steps for returning the item.

If you would like to exchange for a different size, color, or style, you will need to contact us to return the original product and we will assist you in shipping the replacement item.

1. Return Eligibility

All reasons (defective products or no longer needed, …) for return are accepted. However, returned items must comply with the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new condition as received, including all packaging and tags.

2. Return Process: We encourage returns by mail for the convenience of all customers.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at +1 210-384-1936 or email support@eirahome.co with your order number and photos of products, reason for return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email, so you can return the item by mail, please download and print the return label to return the item.
  • Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during shipping. Simply attach the prepaid label and drop off the package at our return address: 5781 Dogwood Drive East, Crestview, FL 32539, United States.

3. Prepaid Return Label

All returns are processed using a prepaid return shipping label provided by Eira Home. You will not be charged for return shipping costs.

4. No restocking fee: We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.

Once we receive your returned package, we will email you to let you know and inspect the condition of the returned item.

REFUND

1. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during purchase. This could be a credit or debit card, PayPal, or any other payment method accepted at the time of the transaction.

2. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned product and it passes inspection, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

3. Refund Timeline

  • The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary based on your payment provider. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days after processing for the refund to reflect in your account or on your statement.
  • If there are any delays beyond this period, please check with your bank or payment provider.

4. Refund Amount

The refund will cover the purchase price of the item returned. Any shipping fees will not be refunded unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the specified processing time, please first check your bank account or credit card statement.
