Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

At Eira Home, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy cancel order, returns and refunds.


IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it to receive a full refund. After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipping.

  • Cancellation Fee: We do not charge cancellation fees.
  • To request a cancellation, contact us at support@eirahome.co.
  • Read Cancel or Modify for orders of Eira Home.
  • After 24 hours of placing your order, if you no longer need it, please wait for your next order to arrive, receive it, and proceed with the return.

EXCHANGES

Eira Home offers an exchange service. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us to return the original product, and we will assist you with shipping the replacement.

  • Exchange Timeframe: Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition of Exchange Items: To be eligible for a exchange, the product must be new condition, and including all packaging and tags.
  • Eligible Cases: The product is defective, incorrect, different from the description, or damaged upon arrival, customer changing their mind, customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit.
  • Exchange Fee: No processing fee applies. If there is a price difference due to a change in size, product, or delivery address, you will receive instructions on how to pay the difference or obtain a refund.
  • Stock Availability: If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternative options or a refund.
  • Additional Idea: If you’re unsure about the size or color, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team for personalized advice before placing your exchange request.

Please leave your request, clearly stating your order ID, invoice number, and the items you wish to exchange, and send it to support@eirahome.co within 30 days of delivery.


RETURN

Our return policy is effective for 30 days after the order has been delivered. After this time, the order will be considered accepted by the customer and no refunds will be given.

Eligible Return & Refund Cases:

  • You purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or you no longer want the item.
  • The item received has any seller defects: incorrect product, different from description, defective product,… or damage upon arrival.

1. Condition of Return Items: To be eligible for a return, the product must be new condition, unused, unworn.

2. Return Methods: We only accept returns by mail.

3. Return Label and and the responsibility for return shipping costs:

All returns are processed using a prepaid return label provided by Eira Home, send you via email, which you will need to download and print.

Customers will not be charged for return shipping costs. We are responsible for paying the return shipping costs and providing a prepaid return label.

4. No restocking fee: We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.

5. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at +1 210-384-1936 or email support@eirahome.co with your order number and photos of products, reason for return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email, so you can return the item by mail.
  • Please pack the product carefully to avoid damage during shipping. Simply attach the prepaid label and drop off the package at our return address: 5781 Dogwood Drive East, Crestview, Florida 32539, United States.
  • After returning the item, please notify us with the following information: order ID, item and quantity, and shipping date.

6. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you an email notification.


REFUND

1. Refund Review & Approval
Returned items are inspected upon receipt. You will be notified by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

2. Refund Method
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Alternative refund methods are not available.

3. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days from the date we receive the returned package. Once processed, the refund is sent to your original payment method.

4. Refund Amount
With eligible returned items, we will issue a full refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
