Order Modification

  • Within 24 Hours of Order Placement:

  • Modification Fee: No processing fee applies.
  • If there is a price difference due to a change in size, product, or delivery address, you will receive instructions on how to pay the difference or obtain a refund.
  • Please note that if you wish to switch to a different product, this will depend on product stock availability.

After 24 Hours:

Ends 24 hours after placing the order, orders are typically shipped, making cancellation/modification difficult. You can refer to the Exchange, Return & Refund Policy if you no longer need the product.

Order Modification/Cancellation Confirmation Notice:

Once your request to modify or cancel an order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. In most cases, a confirmation email will be sent within 24 business hours of receiving your request.
