Shipping Policy

At Eira Home, we aim to deliver your shoes swiftly and securely. Please review the details of our shipping process below:

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping within the US and internationally. Please note that shipping availability may vary by location.

Warehouse: 5781 Dogwood Drive East, Crestview, FL 32539, United States.

2. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM (local time) will be processed the following business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Transit Time:

  • US Shipping: For orders with destinations within the US. Transit within 4-6 business days for most regions.
  • International Shipping: For orders with destinations outside the US. Transit within 12-25 business days (maybe more).

4. Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. You will pay shipping charges per order regardless of item quantity or weight.

  • US Shipping: 3.50$
  • International Shipping: 12.00$

Note: Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are our responsibility.

5. Shipping carriers

Our available shipping carriers are USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or equivalent partners. Depending on the weight and size of the package, on your destination, service availability, we will select the right carrier to ensure delivery time.

6. Package Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery. A tracking number via email, allows you to track your package online in real-time.
  • Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and external factors such as holidays or weather conditions.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active after dispatch.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete to avoid delays or misdelivery. Eira Home is not responsible for delays or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delays & Issues

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs clearance). In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
